The Fall Protection survey recommendations are based upon the application of a risk assessment process to highlight possible injuries that may result as a consequence of work at height issues. In addition, as a part of the survey to understand work practices, risks, hazards and work environment for worker-at-height at the listed locations. In summary, the survey identifies potential hazards,with risk ratings and solution recommendations. Capital Safety recommends a continuous re-evaluation of site hazards in order to ensure the effective management of fall protection and rescue needs, change process and the overall worksite safety and health.
